The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System™ is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings.

LEED™ certification provides independent, third-party verification that a building project meets the highest green building and performance measures.

In 2002, the Delphi Green Team became the first in Central Texas to have lead and coordinated the effort to certify a LEED™ building - the IBM Tivoli Headquarters located in Austin, TX. For that project, we served as both the LEED™ Project Coordinator and the LEED™ Commissioning Authority. Since that time, we have provided LEED™ consulting services for numerous projects including:

  • Seton Hospital Administration Building - LEED™ Gold
  • Legacy on the Lake - LEED™ Certified
  • Starbucks Coffee, Mueller Redevelopment Project, Retail Pilot, Austin, Texas – LEED™ Certified
  • CitiFinancial's (32 buildings), Retail Pilot, Austin, Texas – LEED™ Certified

Early involvement of your LEED™ project coordinator is key to successful, timely, and on budget delivery of your project. Obtaining the appropriate number of LEED™credits to achieve your desired rating takes careful planning, thoughtful insight, and diligent follow-through. The Delphi Green Team welcomes the opportunity to work with you from project inception through owner occupancy.
