Austin Energy Green Building (AEGB) program promotes the design, construction, and operation of higher-quality, more-sustainable buildings. Whether you are required to participate in the Green Building program, or are voluntarily doing so, obtaining a Green Building rating documents that your project will have reduced maintenance and lower utility bills, and provide a more comfortable and durable environment for it's occupants.

The Delphi Groupe can coordinate or provide commissioning for your Green Building project. Our team is very familiar with the requirements of the AEGB program and has participated in numerous AEGB projects. Among them are:

Your Green Building Project Coordinator can help you to understand the AEGB program and make recommendations regarding which points will achieve your project goals. In addition, he/she will work with your entire team to monitor each AEGB requirement and ensure that work is being completed in a manner appropriate to the AEGB program. Finally, our project coordinator will complete and submit the applicable AEGB paperwork in a timely manner, and provide you with a copy for your records.
